Call Us
Home Assessment
One of the team will visit the home of the service user, accompanied by the personal authorised on their care, at a mutually convenient date and time to discuss the needs of the care user. Based upon this, we will recommend the care package we feel would best fit the care recipient's needs.
This assessment is free of charge.
Finalisation Meeting
Following the drawing-up of a personalised care plan, we will arrange for an introduction meeting between the caregiver, the service user and their loved one in a relaxed setting, creating the perfect springboard for a great relationship.
Constant Communication
We will involve the care recipient and the authorised representative at all stages of the care plan, informing them of developments and making sure everything runs smoothly. We make it a policy to write detailed notes following each visit, which we will keep in a secure location in the care recipient's home that only an authorised person can access.
