Can I discontinue or change the services I receive?

Absolutely! We understand the care needs can change, and aim to be flexible accordingly. Our clients are never bound to a long-term contract. If you decide our services are no longer suitable, we will terminate the relationship – No questions, no hassle.

 

Can Sernyaamo Care help with medication?

We can help with pre-measured medication packages, reminders and can report any side effects.

 

How can I verify a shift was completed?

Our care team writes detailed notes that are kept at the service users' home, providing a written record of the services that have been provided each visit.

 

How much do you charge?

Can I pay the caregiver directly?

How safe is my personal information?

Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold to a third party. The only people that have access to your information are the office personnel and the caregivers who have direct involvement in your care.
